The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, “The best invocation is that of the Day of Arafah, and the best that any one can say is what I and the Prophets before me have: None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, Who has no partner. His is the Dominion and His is the Praise, and He is able to do all things.”
(At-Tirmithi, Al-Albani graded it good in Sahih At-Tirmithi 3/184, and also in Silsilatul-‘Ahadith As-Sahihah 4/6)
Another year coming to an end. The end is beautiful because it is the month of Hajj. It brings one of the greatest day: Day of Arafah and after that the day of celebration: Eid ul Adha. The first ten days of this month are classified as the blessed days. Allah takes oath by these ten days in Surah al Fajr (Verse 1-2) The oath shows the greatness of these days. Dhul hijjah is also one of the sacred months.
Could not think of a better title for the post… 🙂
I resigned few months back.Even though many were against it, I did it any way. I knew it is good for me, I knew I needed to do that. How come as you are growing up no one tells you that life as an adult is going to be tough? No one sits you down and explains it to you that not all your dreams and wishes will come true. No one trains you for being an adult!
