A Muslim star!
Ahmed, a cute little Muslim, of only seven years old, made a decision which made everyone proud of him! A decision that he kept firm on and went on with it due to the Will of Allah. Here comes EiD!
Assalaamu ‘Alaikum,
Taqab-balal-laahu minna wa minkum! Eid Mubarak!
We are sad that the blessed month of Ramadan has come to an end, but we are glad too that Allah has gifted us with Eid! A joy to be shared with everyone young and old, poor and rich!
We should not forget the poor and needy among us. Make sure to include them too in your celebrations.
Pray for the weak and the oppressed ones. May Allah give them ease and help them in gaining victory over the oppressors, Aameen.
Before going for Eid prayer, take bath and put on your best clothes.
Eat dates in the odd number before leaving for Eid prayer.
Greet each other by saying, “Taqab-balal-laahu minna wa minkum”!
Say Takbeer, ” Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, laa ilaaha ill-Allaah, Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, wa Lillaahi’l-hamd”
(Allaah is Most Great, Allaah is Most Great, there is no god except Allaah,
Allaah is Most Great, Allaah is Most Great, and all praise be to Allaah).
Walk to the musalla using one way and while returning home use the other.
Give Zakat ul Fitr BEFORE the Eid prayer. After it, it will be considered to be sadaqah!
You are allowed to have fun but remember not to anything sinful.

Temptation
Many times in our life we are faced with different kind of decisions to be taken. One of the difficulties we face in our life, are the temptations. Shaitan does his job as per his promise to Allah. He tries to take us away from the straight path by making temptations look good and right.

Therefore, when we give in to our temptations, we are obeying Shaitan and disobeying Allah. This decision of ours turns to be a disadvantage for us. Read the rest of this entry
