Happiness that never lasts…

Forgetting the worries and sorrows of yesterday we see tomorrow full of happiness and joys…but wait why do we always forget that happiness never lasts?

The moment you are on cloud 9 you are brought down to reality..and hit hard with some misfortune. That is when you realize that you had forgotten your past. A past with your sins. Those sins that you did repeatedly even though your heart felt guilty and remorse. You asked for forgiveness numerous times yet you went back on the same track.

You thought with a new chapter in life..all the old chapters will close but you were wrong! Because maybe you were lacking in your way of asking sincere forgiveness…maybe now Allah is going to test you…or warn you that to you seems delayed but actually it came at its appointed time. It appeared at a time when you were lost in the brightness of your present.

It is now you realize that you need to continue to ask forgiveness this time sincerely. You might sob or you might scream but you won’t blame Allah because you know your hands were at fault…you know you committed evil…then how can you expect not to be asked or not to be judged?

Let go off your past..move on but never forget so that you continue to seek His forgiveness. Don’t blame he or she for your shortcomings..remember it’s you who erred out of your own free will. Don’t be sad that today you are standing at a stage where you are helpless rather be thankful that you did get happiness too..be hopeful that tomorrow the sun will be brighter. Make Him happy and He will make your days! Living a life means going through ups and downs of it along the way..don’t expect only roses..expect thorns too. Living life to the fullest actually means that!

Remember my family and me in your du’aa’.

Thank you for reading my thoughts.
